Banquet tickets cost $75 per person (or $750 for a table of ten) and are not included in the cost of your membership, nor do banquet tickets include admission to the convention. Ticket Purchase

Banquet tickets are available before the convention through our online membership form, or contact:

World Fantasy Convention 2009
Attn: Banquet
PO Box 61363
Sunnyvale CA 94088-1363

You can pick up your tickets in the registration area at the convention. They will not be mailed to you. We will have a limited number of banquet tickets for sale at the convention, however we can not guarantee all entree choices will be available. Banquet seating is otherwise on a first come basis.

When buying online, if you are already a member of the convention, skip over the new-member information at the top of the online form to the “Membership #1 options” section, select “Purchase additional items only (no membership charge)” and then select from the ticket options on the form.

Note that while you must be a member to purchase tickets, a member can purchase multiple tickets; however, every person with a banquet ticket must have a membership in the convention. For example, you could buy a table of ten tickets, use one ticket for yourself, and distribute the remaining nine tickets to other members of the convention.
